Warmly Celebrate the Successful Signing of Cooperation Agreement Between YOUFA GROUP and HAIQIANWEI
On June 29th, Tianjin Youfa Steel Pipe Group Co., Ltd. officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Hebei Haiqianwei Steel Pipe Co., Ltd., marking a significant milestone in Youfa's development in the oil and gas pipeline sector. This partnership represents a deepened collaboration between the two companies and lays a solid foundation for enhancing the competitiveness of oil and gas pipeline products.
The agreement was jointly signed by Tian Qinghai, Chairman of Yanbai Group, Li Maojin, Chairman of Youfa Group, and Li Guiliang, General Manager of Hebei Haiqianwei Steel Pipe Co., Ltd. The signing ceremony was attended by numerous leaders, including Ren Qiuyan, Secretary of the Yanshan County Committee of Cangzhou City, Pan Jiating, County Magistrate of Yanshan, Tian Xiufeng, Vice Chairman of Yanbai Group, Chen Guangling, General Manager of Youfa Group, Donghu Jin, Party Committee Secretary, and Chen Kechun, Chairman of the Board of Supervisors.
In his address, Li Guiliang expressed his commitment to integrating into Youfa's management culture, leveraging existing strengths, driving innovation, and striving to be at the forefront of high-end steel pipe manufacturing. He also pledged to actively contribute to Yanshan's economic development.
Tian Qinghai extended warm congratulations on the successful signing and expressed his hope that Haiqianwei, under Youfa's support and guidance, would achieve new milestones and make greater contributions to the local economy.
Li Maojin expressed sincere gratitude to all the attending leaders for their support. He noted that Youfa Group began its involvement in the oil and gas pipeline industry in 2021. This partnership with Haiqianwei is expected to combine their respective strengths, promote mutual learning, and advance together toward a shared vision.
County Magistrate Pan Jiating also delivered a speech congratulating the two parties. He emphasized the importance of deepening collaboration in areas such as R&D, market development, and green manufacturing, aiming to establish industry benchmarks and lead the high-quality development of Yanshan's pipeline industry. He reaffirmed the local government's commitment to supporting Youfa's growth through preferential policies, quality services, and a favorable business environment.
Following the ceremony, all guests visited Haiqianwei's JCOE steel pipe production line to gain firsthand insight into the company's advanced production technologies and capabilities.
The event was witnessed by leaders from various Yanshan County departments, Youfa Group executives including Liu Zhendong, Han Deheng, and Du Yunzhi, along with over 100 Haiqianwei employees.
Founded in 2010, Hebei Haiqianwei Steel Pipe Co., Ltd. specializes in the production of large-diameter straight seam double-sided submerged arc welded steel pipes, utilizing advanced JCOE production technology. With an annual capacity of 400,000 tons, its products are widely applied in oil and gas transportation, construction, and other fields. The company has been listed as a qualified supplier by major domestic enterprises such as PetroChina and has supported numerous Fortune 500 companies.
This collaboration marks a significant move in Youfa Group's strategy to expand its industrial footprint and enhance coordinated development in the oil and gas pipeline field.
