Structural Pipeline
01
3PE is a three-layer coating consisting of epoxy primer, copolymer adhesive, and polyethylene topcoat. Epoxy primer provides a good bonding surface for copolymer adhesive, which in turn provides a bonding surface for polyethylene topcoat. These three layers work together to protect the pipeline from corrosion, wear, and impact damage.

On the other hand, FBE is a two-layer coating system consisting of a particle filled epoxy resin substrate and a polyamide topcoat. Particle filled epoxy resin has excellent adhesion to metal surfaces, while topcoats have excellent chemical resistance and wear resistance. Fusion bonded epoxy coatings are used in various applications, from oil and gas pipelines to water and wastewater systems.
